-2023 Lift 4 4’9” Carbon Fiber eFoil With Multiple Wings!
$8,000 firm.
Extremely low hours. Mint Condition.
Lime Green
Quiet!
Lift Carry bag/case with shoulder strap included.
This is a long ad, but you should read all of it—even if you end up buying a different board. An eFoil is a big investment.
The price is a steal when you consider what’s included. To buy all of this new, you’re looking at close to $19,000. This is not some Lift 3 Fiberglass board with one wing. You’ll pay $6500 for one of those, but you’ll have a Lift3—not a 4—and as soon as you progress and need a new wing you’re going to be close to this price anyway. Plus, look at the battery section of this ad. Remember a new battery is $4,000. If you buy an eFoil with a battery that hasn’t been cared for properly, things are going to get really expensive for you really quickly. In all seriousness, this is the best deal I’ve seen for a used Lift efoil.
-Quick disconnect LCS V2 Folding Prop and Quick disconnect LCS Jet pump included.
Swap between them in less than a minute with no tools required. The jet pump is far safer than a prop, but uses more power. Expect 80% of the endurance of the prop. Easier to ride than the prop, and fun in the waves. Best for beginners through intermediates.
The V2 folding prop is a huge upgrade over the V1. Use with care when performance is paramount. Very low drag when unpowered and great for unpowered wave riding. Very nearly silent when powered. With this prop, the Lift 4 is probably the quietest eFoil available. Best for intermediates through experts.
-Four wings, three stabilizers, and two custom fuselages included!
Everything you need to take you from brand new beginner to experienced expert!
Front Wings
1: Lift wing set with 300 Surf front wing and 48 surf rear wing. Excellent condition. Excellent for beginners, heavier riders, and when you just want an easy cruise. With case/sleeve.
2: Moses 790 front wing. Good condition. Similar to the Lift 250 surf. Still easy to get up on and ride, but less drag than the 300. Great for playing on wakes or just cruising. Best for beginner through intermediate riders. With case/sleeve.
3: Slingshot Phantasm G900. Similar to the Lift 200 HA. 196 sq inches, 6.4 aspect ratio. Mint condition. Outstanding wing for increased endurance and/or poaching wakes from barges, wake boats, or yachts. Best for Intermediate, advanced, and expert riders. With case/sleeve.
4: Slingshot Phantasm PTM 930. Similar to the Lift 150 HA-X. 147 square inches with a 9.1 aspect ratio. Mint condition. Fast and low drag wing. Excellent for high speed runs and riding faster waves. Best for intermediate through expert riders. With case/sleeve.
Stabilizers.
1: The afore mentioned Lift Surf 48 paired to the Lift 300 Surf front wing. Strong stability, easy to ride. Same case as the 300 front wing.
2: Custom High Stability Stabilizer. Very good condition. (Moses/Sabfoil compatible.) Large winglets combined with a large surface area make this stab easy to ride for beginners, or for advanced riders getting used to a new wing. Ideal for use with the Moses 790 front wing, or for riders getting used to either of the Phantasm wings. With case/sleeve.
3: Sabfoil 399 stabilizer. Excellent condition. With a surface area of 32 square inches and an aspect ratio of 7.7, this stab is both fast and maneuverable. Extend the endurance of your board, make high speed runs, carve incredible turns, and ride unpowered on a variety of waves. Best paired with either of the Phantasm wings. With case/sleeve.
Fuselages
Two custom Stringfellow fuselages included. One standard length and one extended length. The standard length is great for maneuverability and all around use. The extended fuselage adds stability at the cost of a little maneuverability. These fuses were built right here in Washington state by Jim Stringfellow, a foiling pioneer and acknowledged leader in aftermarket foil accessories. They allow Lift eFoils to use Moses/Sabfoil and Slingshot Phantasm front wings along with Moses/Sabfoil rear wings. (Stabilizers.) The standard fuse is in very good condition, the extended fuse is new and unused, but with some handling scuffs in the anodization. See pictures.
-32” Carbon Fiber Mast with Propulsion.
Includes the original carbon fiber Lift 4 32” mast. Excellent shape. Includes the original Lift carrying case. (This case also holds the charger.)
-Battery and charger.
One Battery is included. Choose one of two batteries: Either a Lift Gen 4 light battery or a Lift Gen 3 Full range battery. The Light battery has seen minimal use, less than six sessions. Nearly new condition. I have maintained this battery—and all my batteries—with extreme care. This battery is considerably lighter than a full range battery, at the cost of about 1/3 of your range. Highly sought after, this battery is no longer available to purchase new. The lighter weight makes the efoil more nimble while riding.
The full range battery has been used probably 30 or 40 sessions, but has been well taken care of. It should provide many years of use if cared for properly.
One Lift Battery charger is included.
The proper cables will be provided for whichever battery you choose.
-Hand Controller
Excellent shape, this classic controller is easy to use and the batteries last for several seasons before needing to be replaced.

OPTIONS:
You can choose two add one or two batteries to your purchase for minimal cost. If you choose the light battery, you can add the full range battery with minimal use for $2,500 or the Full range battery with 30 or 40 sessions for $2,000. Add them both for only $3,500 and I’ll throw in a Lift Fireproof battery case! Remember, a new battery is $4,000. If you take family or friends out, you’re going to want a second battery—at least.
About the Board and equipment:
I purchased this board in August of 2023 as a Lift Affiliate. I only rode it a couple of times before the season ended. (I spend most of my time on the water kite foiling.) Injuries and illness kept me extremely limited in 2024 and 2025. I simply hardly ever rode the board during those seasons. So this board is nearly new, and looks it. It has zero issues.
I have just replaced the 9v battery in the board’s ebox with an extended life lithium battery, and done the same with the two batteries in the hand controller. This should easily be good for two seasons of use, but I change these batteries at the beginning of each season. It’s cheap insurance to prevent you from being stranded on the water if one of these should die during use.
The main battery is a huge deal for eFoils, a new one costs $4,000!! So, one of the most important things to look for when buying an eFoil is the care the battery has received. Cared for properly, they can easily last 20 years or more. (Although some have defects that will cause the battery to fail early in their life.) The three keys to a long battery life are: Corrosion prevention, shock prevention, and proper charging habits.
Corrosion is easy to prevent, use marine grade corrosion prevention on the connections. One look at the battery will tell you how it’s been cared for in this regard.
Shock prevention is critical. Rough handling will eventually damage internal components and connections. Dropping an eFoil battery just once can make the battery unsafe. I ALWAYS carry my batteries in well padded aftermarket carry cases that have durable and strong carry handles. And one of these cases is included in this sale so that you can also properly care for your battery.
Battery Care. It is CRITICAL that an eFoil battery is maintained properly. The battery should be stored at a State Of Charge (SOC) of between 30% and 80%, and ideally between 30% and 60%. Allowing a battery to discharge to 0% while stored has killed, many, many eFoil batteries. Allowing it to sit below 20% or over 80% will degrade the battery and reduce it’s range. Lift does a horrible job of explaining this, and puts out no information on how to properly store your battery while maintaining a safe SOC. Because of this, many efoil owners end up selling eFoils with extremely degraded batteries. Whether you buy my eFoil, or some other eFoil, ensure the seller has cared for their batteries properly. I wrote the first post on proper efoil battery care, and spent quite a bit of time and effort to do the research. So you know battery care is important to me, and you know that I have the required knowledge to properly maintain my batteries. Here is a link to that post. You’ll have to join the Facebook group, but if you’re going to buy a Lift eFoil, you should join anyway. https://www.facebook.com/groups/liftefoilowners/permalink/1359397178150205/
There is no issue charging the battery to 100% if you’re going to use it, ideally the same day. Likewise, there is no issue running the battery down to 10% if you’re going to charge it that same day. Less than 10% is not ideal, I always leave at least 15% in my batteries. Running the battery to 0% will likely cause some degradation immediately, and may even kill the battery permanently.

The Purchase transaction.
I will meet at the East Vancouver Police Precinct; this is for both of our safety. Cash only. I will provide a bill of sale, as well as the documents required to title the board.

A word about buying a Lift eFoil
Be warned, some people are selling Lift 3 eFoils and advertising them as Lift 4 eFoils. The Lift 4 was a huge upgrade over the Lift 3. (Better range, quieter.) Unfortunately, some Lift 3 efoils had the electronics box replaced, and the new box identifies as a Lift 4 in the app. Make sure the seller provides documentation from Lift identifying the board as a Lift 4. They should have received that paperwork when they bought the board. Look in the battery compartment, if there is a cable running from the ebox in the rear to the front of the compartment, it is NOT a Lift 4. If the board is carbon fiber, that is proof it’s a Lift 4. (Assuming it runs properly.) The Lift 3 carbon fiber board has a hatch that won’t pass the Bluetooth signal, so the antenna is required. The Lift 3 fiberglass board can omit the antenna as the hatch on the fiberglass board will pass the Bluetooth signal, so you pretty much need the documentation to verify it’s a Lift 4 fiberglass.

If the board has damage, repaired or otherwise, there is a risk that water entered the board. That can cause a lot of problems, especially with Lift 3 and earlier boards. You’ll just have to trust the seller in this case. That’s one reason an undamaged board is worth more than a damaged board.
